Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the JobFast application and services ("Service"). By accessing or using JobFast, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Service Overview

JobFast provides digital tools to support job seekers, including but not limited to CV analysis, cover letter generation, interview preparation, skills identification, and educational modules. All content, advice, and output generated by the Service, including AI-generated materials, are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using any content. JobFast does not guarantee employment, hiring outcomes, the accuracy of AI-generated content, or uninterrupted service availability. You use the Service at your own risk and are responsible for your decisions and outcomes.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 16 years old and comply with all applicable local laws to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify JobFast immediately of any suspected unauthorized access or misuse. JobFast reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose a security risk, or as required by law.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

  • Uploading malware, malicious code, or engaging in any activity that could damage, disrupt, or bypass our security measures.
  • Scraping, data mining, or harvesting data from the Service without permission.
  • Using automated bots or scripts to create accounts or generate high-volume requests.
  • Misrepresenting your identity or uploading content that is abusive, offensive, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others.
  • Using AI tools to generate harmful, misleading, or discriminatory content.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the data and documents you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant JobFast a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and modify your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, including generating AI outputs. This license terminates upon the deletion of your data from our systems.

All other materials, including code, branding, graphics, user interface, and training content, are the exclusive property of JobFast ("Our IP"). You agree not to copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Our IP. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. 5. AI Disclaimer

JobFast utilizes artificial intelligence to generate content. This AI-generated output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all AI content before use. Decisions made based on AI output are your own responsibility. AI content is not a substitute for professional legal, HR, or financial advice. JobFast provides no warranty as to the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

If you are a new subscriber, you have the right to cancel your Pro subscription within 14 days of your first payment and receive a full refund, unless you have expressly requested that we begin providing the service immediately and acknowledged that you will lose this cancellation right once the service has begun. To cancel within this period please contact support@jobfast.co.uk.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future charges. You may also cancel by emailing support@jobfast.co.uk. Cancellation requests received before the next renewal date will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable. Access to paid features continues until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails, JobFast may suspend access to paid features. Refunds are provided only as required by applicable law and do not cover unused time or dissatisfaction with results. For billing support, contact support@jobfast.co.uk. JobFast reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days written notice by email. If you do not agree to a price change you may cancel your subscription before it takes effect.

7. Service Availability and Changes

JobFast may modify, update, or discontinue features at its discretion. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Access may be affected by maintenance, updates, or unforeseen outages.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. JobFast disclaims all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobFast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of income, opportunity, profits, or reputation, or for business interruption or data loss, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability in any matter arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. General Provisions

In the event of a dispute, we ask that you contact us at support@jobfast.co.uk in the first instance so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and JobFast. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for resolving any disputes. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including applicable retention periods.
