JobFast is an AI-powered career platform built for UK retail job seekers. It provides tools to optimise your CV, generate tailored cover letters, practise mock interviews with an AI coach, and complete targeted training — all in one place.
Who is JobFast designed for?
JobFast is designed for retail workers looking for their next role or a promotion, entry-level candidates applying for their first retail job, experienced retail managers moving between employers, and anyone who wants structured interview practice before a retail interview.
Is JobFast free to use?
Yes. JobFast offers a free plan with access to all written career guides covering CVs, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles, plus basic training modules. The Pro plan (£4.99/month) unlocks the AI tools: CV Optimizer, Cover Letter Generator, and AI Mock Interview Coach.
How does the AI CV Optimizer work?
You paste your CV content into the tool and our AI analyses it against retail industry best practices. It provides an overall verdict and specific, actionable suggestions — helping you focus on measurable achievements, optimise for keywords recruiters search for, and improve clarity and structure.
How does the AI Cover Letter Generator work?
You provide a job description, your CV, and a few details. The AI generates a highly targeted 4-paragraph cover letter tailored to that specific role — incorporating relevant keywords and demonstrating your value to the employer.
How does the AI Mock Interview work?
You paste a job description and our AI interviewer (Alex) conducts a realistic mock interview, asking relevant behavioural and situational questions. At the end you receive a detailed feedback report with scores for Role Fit, Communication, and Evidence, plus model answers tailored to your CV.
Can I download my interview feedback?
Yes. After completing a mock interview you can download a full PDF feedback report. The report includes your scores per question, AI comments, model answers using the STAR method, overall strengths and areas for improvement, and an overall performance grade.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Your Pro benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period. New subscribers also have a 14-day right to a full refund under UK consumer law.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes. Your CV and personal information are used only to power the AI tools for your benefit and are not used to train AI models. JobFast is compliant with UK GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What AI technology does JobFast use?
JobFast uses Google Gemini for its AI features, including CV analysis, cover letter generation, and the mock interview coach.
